Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team at Eastfound Malaysia Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate must have the ability to immediately assume responsibility for various HR functions. This role is crucial for ensuring effective HR management and compliance with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters; Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and induction programs.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees; Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring prompt and effective resolution; Foster positive relationships between employees and management.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB); Manage employee benefits programs, including leave, insurance, and allowances.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and monitor progress; Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation; Prepare and issue HR-related letters (e.g., offer letters, redesignation letters, termination letters).
- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies; Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Other Duties: Support specific HR projects as assigned by the management; Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with company goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience, with knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related qualification.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
