Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and creative E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listing management, online marketing, marketplace operations, customer engagement, and improving overall e-commerce performance for our furniture products.
The ideal candidate should have experience in online marketplaces, digital marketing, product content creation, and sales analysis within the furniture or home living industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Platform Management
- Manage and maintain company online stores and marketplaces such as:
- Alibaba
- Shopee
- Lazada
- TikTok Shop
- Company website / online catalog
- Red Note
- Upload and update furniture product listings, specifications, pricing, and stock information.
- Ensure all product descriptions, images, and keywords are optimized for higher search visibility.
Product Content & Branding
- Create attractive product titles, SEO keywords, and product descriptions.
- Coordinate product photography, videos, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistent branding and visual presentation across all platforms.
- Research furniture market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and advertisements.
- Manage social media marketing and online engagement.
- Work with advertising platforms such as:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Improve online traffic, conversion rates, and customer inquiries.
Sales & Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries from e-commerce platforms and social media.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and production departments regarding orders and deliveries.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance, advertising ROI, and customer behavior.
- Prepare monthly sales and performance reports.
- Analyze best-selling products and recommend improvement strategies.
Ad Hoc Tasks
- Any ad hoc tasks as required by superior.
Job Requirements Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Marketing
- E-Commerce
- Business Administration
- Digital Marketing
- Multimedia or related field
Experience
- 2–3 years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Experience in furniture industry is an added advantage.
- Familiar with online marketplace operations and advertising systems.
Skills
- Knowledge of SEO and online marketing.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic graphic editing skills using:
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Advantages
- Experience handling international B2B platforms such as Alibaba International.
- Knowledge of furniture materials, colors, and product specifications.
- Photography or video editing skills for product marketing.
- Experience with live selling or livestream marketing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
