What you'll be doing
- Provide overall administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle filing, document management, and proper record-keeping
- Manage general office duties including coordination with internal departments
- Support office administration and maintain organized documentation systems.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR practices
- Maintain and update employee records including confirmation letters, resignations, and personnel files
- Prepare and manage HR documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
What we're looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in Admin/HR role
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently with a high level of responsibility and professionalism
