On behalf of the hiring company, which is an Original Equipment Maker (OEM) in the built environment, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join them as a Sales Support Executive | Sales Project.
Job Description
- Provide sales administration support, including preparing contracts and proposals, maintaining accurate sales records, and updating relevant sales documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet with clients to better understand sales project requirements, clarify project objectives, and support the sales team in achieving project goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and sales representatives to follow up on client requirements, project progress, action items, and deliverables.
- Process orders, track deliveries, and resolve order-related or customer-related issues promptly.
- Compile sales data, generate performance reports, and present insights to management.
- Schedule meetings, organize training sessions, and provide administrative and coordination support to sales representatives.
- Handle any other ad-hoc matters or issues assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a sales support, sales coordination, project coordination, or client servicing role.
- Comfortable meeting clients, understanding project requirements, and following up on action items.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- A team player who is able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
