Job Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and integrate Building Management Systems (BMS) for building and infrastructure projects, including HVAC control, lighting control, power monitoring, and energy management.
Prepare BMS schematic drawings, control panel layouts, equipment schedules, and point schedules using CAD/BIM tools.
Conduct site supervision, ensure compliance with relevant ordinances and codes, and coordinate with other engineering disciplines for system integration.
Support procurement, testing, commissioning, and handover of BMS and related E&M systems.
Design and review BMS solutions for data centers, including monitoring of UPS, generator, PDU, cooling systems, and environmental parameters.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 3–5 years of BMS or E&M design experience in Hong Kong, preferably with an E&M contractor or main contractor.
Knowledge of Hong Kong electricity ordinances, Code of Practice, and relevant BMS standards (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks).
Proficient in AutoCAD, BMS software (e.g., Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider), and Microsoft Office.
Data center BMS experience is a strong advantage.
Candidates with both site and design experience are preferred.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and project coordination abilities.
