We are looking for a high-caliber PMO Analyst / IT Project Coordinator to support a major, high-profile Technology Divestiture project across the Asia-Pacific region within the financial services sector.
Job Requirements: PMO Analyst / IT Project Coordinator (Technology Divestiture)

Candidates must have IT PMO or project coordination experience , ideally with exposure to M&A or IT separation projects

Strong PM / PMO foundational skills , including milestone tracking, RAID log management, and reporting

Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (e.g., cloud, network, data center) to interface with tech teams

Experience within the regional finance sector with a general appreciation of regulatory factors

First-rate communication skills and detail-oriented coordination abilities

Excellent stakeholder management skills to follow up with regional teams

Ideally Mandarin skills as well as fluent English

Full-time
