This position is responsible for leading the growth our AI construction technology & property technology solutions business by driving the sales team operations, expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with our suppliers.
What You’ll Be Doing?
Market Expansion & Business Development
Drive business growth by actively exploring and securing new accounts across markets.
Participate in relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline and generate quality leads.
Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities with key service provider accounts, achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.
Conduct direct sales activities including client outreach, presentations, solution demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
Develop sales forecasts, revenue plans, and market-entry strategies to boost overall sales volume and margin performance.
Industry Insight, Market Research & Strategic Planning
Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs, market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape through customer visits, research, and data analysis.
Create co-operative business plans with service providers and partners; help define new business models and support product positioning.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations for business improvement, product innovation, and digital transformation initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Solution Design & Sales Support
Prepare product and solution designs, configurations, quotations, and technical proposals tailored to client requirements.
Coordinate and conduct customer/site visits, ensuring alignment between client needs and proposed solutions.
Collaborate closely with Pre-sales, Product, Post-sales, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Customer Management & Engagement
Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key customers through professional solution-selling capabilities and consultative engagement.
Influence and guide customers in understanding the value and advantages of the company’s solutions.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records, interactions, sales pipelines, and account plans in the designated CRM system.
Support post-sales activities including communication with government bodies, client representatives, vendors, and project managers on variations, quotations, and project coordination.
What We’re Looking For?
Certificate/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or channel management, preferably in SaaS, technology, or digital solutions.
Experience working within or selling to the AI, IoT, Enterprise digitalization, construction technology & property technology industry is a strong advantage.
Extensive expertise in tendering and procurement practices within Hong Kong’s ConTech & PropTech industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
