Job Responsibilities

• SME Account Management:

o Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) corporate accounts, ensuring high retention and service excellence.

• Contract Renewal & Negotiation:

o Lead the end-to-end contract renewal process, including reviewing utilization data, preparing revised proposals, and finalizing service agreements.

• Wellness Event Execution:

o Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate wellness events and health screening projects, serving as the primary liaison between clinical teams and corporate clients.

• Client Relationship Development:

o Establish and foster long-term relationships with current corporate clients to drive satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

• Business Development:

o Identify and recruit new corporate clients and business partners to expand the corporate services network.

• Operational Support:

o Liaise internally and externally to ensure smooth project processes, providing quality solutions such as professional quotations and business reports.

• Administrative Compliance:

o Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor, maintaining strict adherence to data privacy and corporate standards.

Requirements

Degree holder or above in healthcare, business or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in corporate development or client/customer service; experience in healthcare industry is a plus

Energetic, Detail-oriented, self-motivated with client-centric mindset

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Good communication skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Executive, Business Development
