Job Responsibilities
Design and implement agentic AI workflows (task planning, tool usage, memory, retrieval).
Build and maintain integrations to REST APIs and external services.
Prototype and productionize orchestration layers in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
Implement secure API authentication, retry/backoff, rate-limiting, and error handling.
Collaborate with data engineers and ML teams to incorporate retrieval, knowledge sources, and prompt engineering.
Develop monitoring, logging, and observability for agent behaviors and safety rules.
Document designs, runbooks, and playbooks for agent operation and governance.
Troubleshoot production incidents and tune performance and cost.
Support client workshops and technical onboarding for customers/adopters.
Skills Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
3–4+ years professional programming experience building backend services or integrations.
Strong coding experience in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js) and/or Python.
Solid experience integrating REST APIs and working knowledge of OAuth, API keys, JWTs, webhooks.
Familiarity with agentic AI concepts (planning, tool-using agents, retrieval-augmented generation) — practical exposure or side projects acceptable.
Experience with cloud environments and deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure, containers, CI/CD).
Good software engineering practices: testing, code reviews, modular design, observability.
Clear written and verbal communication, ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-engineers.
Self-motivated and keen on learning
