Measurement & Verification Hiring! Full Time Instrumentation - Service Engineer in Johor, Earn up to MYR 4,700 - Ricebowl

1. Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems.

2. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for field instruments, including:

- Flow meters

- Pressure transmitters

- Temperature sensors

- Water Level sensors

- Control valves

- PLC/BMS/DDC related instrumentation

3. Monitor and ensure proper operation of critical systems in data center and industrial facilities.

4. Conduct calibration, loop checking, signal verification, and functional testing of instrumentation devices.

5. Troubleshoot communication issues involving:

- Modbus

- BACnet

- Moxa gateways

- PLC and BMS integration systems

6. Support testing and commissioning (T&C) activities for HVAC, chilled water, makeup water, fuel system, and automation systems.

7. Review technical drawings, control schematics, P&ID, and wiring diagrams.

8. Prepare maintenance reports, RCA reports, testing records, and service documentation.

9. Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams during maintenance and project execution.

10. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety requirements, site procedures, and client standards.

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
