Job Scope

· Responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and proper supporting documentation are recorded.

· Responsible for month-end and year-end closing of accounts.

· Responsible for timely preparation of monthly and yearly management reporting

· Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system

· Responsible for the creditors aging, payments, and claims.

· AR monitoring and handling client’s accounts by timely billing to and collections from the customer, and update into the system

· AP monitoring on verifying invoices, liaising with, reviewing, and preparing payments to vendors on schedule

· Liaise with the auditor and tax agent which regarding with audit or tax matter.

· Liaise with other departments to ensure proper work done.

· Maintain a proper filing system

· Ensure adherence of processes with our company SOPs.

· Undertake other duties as assigned, and ad-hoc jobs or projects when required by the management from time to time

Require Skills & Qualifications

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in LCCI or equivalent in Finance/Accounting.

· Experience in audit experience is an added advantage

· Computer Literate and well versed on Microsoft Office and SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage

· Strong sense of integrity and good working attitude

· Strong analytical skills and able to work together as a team and with other departments

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
