Registered Staff Nurse
NursingProvide quality nursing care according to hospital policies and professional standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients according to hospital policies and professional standards.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, administer medications and carry out doctors’ orders.
- Monitor patients’ conditions, maintain accurate medical records and report abnormalities.
- Assist doctors during examinations, rounds and medical procedures.
- Educate and support patients and their families on health care and treatment.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other hospital departments to ensure effective patient care.
- Supervise and guide junior staff or aides when required.
- Ensure medical equipment, emergency carts and supplies are properly maintained.
- Participate in training, professional development and maintain required CPD for APC renewal.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid LJM Certificate.
- Valid APC or Valid RON.
- Experience in related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with LJM pass slip or LJM certificate.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
