Registered Staff Nurse

Nursing

Provide quality nursing care according to hospital policies and professional standards.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide quality nursing care to patients according to hospital policies and professional standards.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, administer medications and carry out doctors’ orders.
  • Monitor patients’ conditions, maintain accurate medical records and report abnormalities.
  • Assist doctors during examinations, rounds and medical procedures.
  • Educate and support patients and their families on health care and treatment.
  • Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other hospital departments to ensure effective patient care.
  • Supervise and guide junior staff or aides when required.
  • Ensure medical equipment, emergency carts and supplies are properly maintained.
  • Participate in training, professional development and maintain required CPD for APC renewal.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in Nursing.
  • Valid LJM Certificate.
  • Valid APC or Valid RON.
  • Experience in related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with LJM pass slip or LJM certificate.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
