Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming and outgoing cargo against delivery orders and documents
• Assist with inventory control and monitor stock movement
• Process orders for packing and unpacking activities
• Carry out container packing and unpacking for inbound and outbound transport
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely following procedures
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and office staff on shipment status and handling
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum education: SPM / STPM or equivalent
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse or logistics operations; fresh candidates with relevant exposure may be considered
• Forklift Operator Certificate or relevant equipment handling certification is an advantage
• Must possess valid driving licence (B2/D)
• Must be willing to work at Northport
• Physically fit and comfortable with on-site warehouse tasks (loading, packing, container handling)
• Familiar with warehouse operations and basic government procedures (customs, port operations)
• Strong multitasking, communication, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and reporting skills
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Willing to undergo safety, ISO 9001, and on-the-job training

This role is site-based and involves hands-on warehouse operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
