Job Description

Join our livestream team as a Livestream Moderator, where you will play a vital role in creating engaging, safe, and positive online environments for viewers. This part-time position requires a proactive approach to managing live content, ensuring adherence to community guidelines, and fostering an inclusive atmosphere. As a Livestream Moderator, you will be tasked with making sure the livestream runs smoothly without hiccups.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live streams in real-time to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies.
• Engage with viewers through chat moderation, responding appropriately and encouraging positive interactions.
• Identify and address inappropriate content or behavior swiftly to maintain a respectful environment.
• Collaborate with Livestream Hosts by providing feedback on viewer engagement and technical issues when necessary.
• Enforce rules consistently while balancing the need for a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
• Report incidents or recurring issues to relevant teams for further action or policy updates.
• Assist in managing multiple streams simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth moderation across channels.

Requirements

• Prior experience in livestreaming, social media moderation, or community management is preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of TikTok / Shopee livestreaming as a viewer
• Flexibility to work on-site at Tiong Bahru office or client retail stores at night and/or weekends as most livestreams happen at night
• Do note that this is an on-site and part-time position
