Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manages projects / sub projects with medium to high complexity and risk
• Responsible for planning and executing projects from project initiation to project closure including business benefits
• Lead a diverse cross functional project team.
• Assign responsibilities within project-to-Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Member.
• Continuously assess project risks and implement mitigation plan
• Monitor project progress, manage & address project constraints
• Actively identifies and manages changes and adapts project approach to meet defined scope, timeline and budget.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in semiconductor industry with minimum of 2 years’ experience in leading end to end project management cycle
• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering or any relevant discipline
• Possess strong project management knowledge and experience in terms of project initiation, planning and closing, including reporting and documentation. Project Management Certification is a plus
• Confident in leading cross functional teams and collaborative with diversity of thought, skills and personalities in order to maximize capabilities and outcomes and resolve conflicts when arises
• Familiar with product/test/process engineering workflow & involved in digitalization transformation project will be advantageous
• Strong Stakeholder management : Possess effective presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
• Agile and possess critical thinking to effectively mitigate project risks.
• This is a 2 years contract (renewable / convertible - based on business requirements) under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company.
