Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on programs for children ages 5–15 in areas such as AI, coding, robotics, and STEM, with a favourable teacher-to-student ratio of 1:10 or better.
- Engage with students in a classroom setting and foster an encouraging learning environment, where students feel comfortable exploring and asking questions.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and team members to share ideas and continuously improve the learning experience.
- Contribute to curriculum design and development, based on your interests and strengths.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to clearly explain concepts to children.
- Passion for Technology and Education: A keen interest in computer science, engineering, science, or related fields. Background in these areas is a plus.
- Weekday Afternoon Timings: Comfortable working on weekday afternoons, typically between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
- Time Commitment: Have the ability to commit for 6–12 months, should there be a good mutual fit.
- Willingness to Travel: Enjoy working with children, exhibit patience, and be willing to travel to school premises for classes.
