What We're Looking For:

We want a go-getter, NOT someone who waits for leads to fall into their lap. You will be expected to:

• - Proactively hunt for new sales opportunities and clients
• - Go the extra mile to serve clients and build lasting relationships
• - Fix and follow up on appointments, including beyond regular working hours when needed
• - Fight hard to close sales and hit targets
• - Be accountable and committed to results

Responsibilities:

• - Generate leads and actively prospect for new clients
• - Conduct consultations and present immigration services
• - Schedule and attend client meetings (including evenings/weekends where necessary)
• - Follow through on every lead — no dropping the ball
• - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• - Proven track record in sales (any industry welcome)
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Self-driven, resilient, and hungry to earn
• - Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• - Willing to work flexible hours to meet client needs
• - Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Singapore. We are unable to provide work pass sponsorship for this role
