Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Communications Support

• Assist in translating campaign ideas into executable tasks across PR, digital, and activations
• Support development of press materials, story angles, and basic copywriting
• Conduct media and industry research to inform campaign direction
• Monitor media coverage and support reporting deliverables (Adapted from execution responsibilities in your original JD , but reframed as support + exposure)

Digital & Content

• Assist in content development for social platforms (copy, coordination with designers, scheduling)
• Track and report on digital performance metrics
• Support rollout of campaigns across digital channels
• Monitor trends and surface relevant opportunities

Brand Events & Experiences

• Support planning and coordination of brand events and launches
• Assist with vendor coordination, logistics, and production timelines
• Provide on-ground execution support during events
• Contribute to post-event documentation and reporting

KOL / Influencer Management

• Identify and research relevant KOLs aligned to campaign objectives
• Assist in outreach, coordination, and deliverable tracking
• Monitor content output and compile campaign results
• Maintain updated KOL databases

Team & Operational Support

• Assist in project tracking and internal coordination
• Support preparation of client reports and presentations
• Contribute to research and ideation for campaigns
• Take on ad hoc responsibilities across accounts

Profile

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
• Curious, observant, and commercially aware
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Positioning
