Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer / Deskside Technician to provide onsite End User Computing (EUC) support in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience supporting enterprise users, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Support Windows 7/10 environments and enterprise applications
- Configure and support LAN/WAN connectivity
- Provide support for printers, scanners, docking stations, and mobile devices
- Handle imaging and deployment using Ghost and MDT
- Support backup and recovery tools such as USMT
- Provide VIP/user desk-side support
- Maintain SLA compliance and timely incident resolution
- Document and update tickets using IT service management tools
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of Desktop Support / EUC experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Office 365, SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow is preferred
- Good understanding of networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in an onsite enterprise environment
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL certification is an advantage
- Experience in corporate or multinational environments preferred
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shift
- Onsite/In-person role
