Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. App Backend Listing (Core Role)

  • Create, upload, and manage listings in Hoopi app backend
  • Key in and update:
  • Product / service details
  • Pricing, packages, and variations
  • Images and descriptions
  • Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and properly formatted
  • Edit and update listings based on business needs

2. Content & Data Accuracy

  • Ensure consistency of information across the app
  • Check for errors in pricing, descriptions, and details
  • Maintain clean and organized backend data

3. Order & Customer Admin Support

  • Receive and process orders from system / WhatsApp
  • Respond to basic customer enquiries:
  • Product / service details
  • Order status
  • Escalate complex issues when needed

4. Coordination with Internal Team

  • Work with operations team for new listings or updates
  • Follow up on missing info (pricing, images, details)
  • Support campaign or promo setup in backend

5. Reporting & Admin

  • Track listing updates and changes
  • Prepare simple reports (orders, listings, updates)
  • Perform general admin tasks as required

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma (Business Admin, E-commerce, IT is a plus)
  • 1–2 years experience in admin / data entry / listing role
  • Comfortable using systems / backend (training can be provided)
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Good attention to detail (very important)
  • Able to communicate in BM & English (Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Responsible, organized, and able to follow instructions

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
