Key Responsibilities
1. App Backend Listing (Core Role)
- Create, upload, and manage listings in Hoopi app backend
- Key in and update:
- Product / service details
- Pricing, packages, and variations
- Images and descriptions
- Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and properly formatted
- Edit and update listings based on business needs
2. Content & Data Accuracy
- Ensure consistency of information across the app
- Check for errors in pricing, descriptions, and details
- Maintain clean and organized backend data
3. Order & Customer Admin Support
- Receive and process orders from system / WhatsApp
- Respond to basic customer enquiries:
- Product / service details
- Order status
- Escalate complex issues when needed
4. Coordination with Internal Team
- Work with operations team for new listings or updates
- Follow up on missing info (pricing, images, details)
- Support campaign or promo setup in backend
5. Reporting & Admin
- Track listing updates and changes
- Prepare simple reports (orders, listings, updates)
- Perform general admin tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma (Business Admin, E-commerce, IT is a plus)
- 1–2 years experience in admin / data entry / listing role
- Comfortable using systems / backend (training can be provided)
- Basic Excel skills
- Good attention to detail (very important)
- Able to communicate in BM & English (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Responsible, organized, and able to follow instructions
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per hour
