Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

· Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Marketing Department.

· Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative documents and paperwork.

· Handle and update personnel records such as employment contracts, leave records, and other employee documentation.

· Update and maintain the company database with employee information including background, qualifications, skills, and related records.

· Support sales and marketing activities by coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and assisting with customer inquiries.

· Maintain proper filing systems for both digital and physical documents.

· Coordinate internal communication and provide administrative support to team members.

· Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications.

· Perform general office administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

· SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of working experience in an administrative, sales support, marketing support, or similar role.

· Knowledge of HR processes and documentation is an added advantage.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and sales support skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

· Outstanding problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
