Job Description

To assist client to on-site supervise and monitor maintenance, repairing and improvement works carried out by other contractors to ensure that they are completed safely, on schedule, with good quality and without any impact or risk of disturbance/interruption to the data centre operation.
To monitor the day-to-day operation of critical systems such as chiller plants, UPS/STS/PDU systems, CRAC/CRAH units, building management system, etc. to meet the users’ expectation.
To supervise on-site technical staff in carrying out daily inspection, check and log operating condition, and report any alarms, faults or abnormalities of the critical systems to client immediately.
To respond efficiently and effectively to any alarms or emergency calls, find out the cause and impact of the incident, identify the urgency and severity levels, and implement the escalation scheme and workflow accordingly.
To perform work orders management, asset management and inventory control by using the computer-aided facility management system.
To take the lead in carrying out repair and maintenance works as directed by client, and report the work progress accordingly.

Job Requirements

Higher Certificate / Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 5-year solid experience in handling installation, operation, maintenance and repair of mission critical equipment (e.g. UPS, STS, PDU, CRAC, CRAH, BMS, etc.) and MEP installations in data centre, with 2 years at supervisory level.
Experience in handling critical systems is an advantage
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A or above) and Green Card
Fluent Cantonese and English
Willing to work in shift duty
