A central pillar of the ecosystem is Kodex—a unified discovery platform connecting games, platforms, and ecosystem data for the global gaming industry.
This role is primarily focused on accelerating gaming partnerships while supporting broader cross-platform growth initiatives across the organization.
Role Summary
The Managing Director will lead global partnership strategy and revenue growth, with a strong focus on the gaming ecosystem. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing key accounts, driving commercial performance, and aligning cross-functional teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive global revenue growth through strategic partnerships, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a geographically distributed, high-performing team
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies with clear performance metrics
- Serve as a senior executive point of contact for key clients, managing complex negotiations and strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across sales, operations, marketing, and executive leadership
- Align internal teams and priorities to deliver consistent, high-quality client outcomes
- Establish best-in-class governance, operational processes, and execution frameworks
- Ensure consistency in client messaging, engagement strategy, and delivery across markets
- Champion the adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency and innovation
- Support long-term corporate strategy, including capital markets and growth initiatives
Requirements
- Master’s degree required
- 10+ years of experience in business development, product development, or related fields
- Proven leadership experience managing global or multinational accounts at a senior level
- Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth within complex, international environments
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on operational capability
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing distributed teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities at the executive level
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex market data into actionable strategies
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and financial management skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable operating within a matrixed, cross-regional organization
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per month
