Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations

• Support production and packing activities by preparing materials, handling products, and assisting with workflow coordination.
• Observe and assist in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for processing, labeling, and packaging agricultural goods.
• Help monitor daily production targets and report any operational delays or issues to supervisors.

Quality & Food Safety

• Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols (e.g., MyGAP, GlobalG.A.P., Halal).
• Assist in recording and checking product quality data under supervision.
• Report any non-conformities or quality deviations to the Quality or Production Team.

Data & Documentation

• Help maintain accurate production records, such as batch reports, material usage, and output tracking.
• Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation for audits or compliance.

Workplace Organization

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety within the production area.
• Participate in basic equipment cleaning and setup under supervision.

Learning & Development

• Participate in on-the-job training sessions and learn about production workflows, quality standards, and agricultural processing systems.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn new skills and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and sustainability in operations.

Other Duties

• Perform additional support tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers to assist production and operations teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Agribusiness, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Interest in agricultural production, processing operations, and quality control.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication skills, teamwork attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Physically able to work in a production environment.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Simpang Pulai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
