Rawr Global is a digital creative agency that thrives on speed and storytelling. We are currently looking for a high-energy Digital Product Associate to join our team. This isn’t a "get coffee" internship. You’ll be working on real projects and part of the core execution team.

The Role Breakdown
We work on a simple principle: context + efficiency.

We need someone who can handle the detailed, structured work properly, while also being curious enough to explore and figure things out on their own.

1. 60% Product Performance (The Engine)
This is your core work:

• Pull and organise performance data
• Do proper QA testing (spot bugs, issues, inconsistencies)
• Manage and update content across websites / platforms
• Make sure everything we build runs clean and smoothly

2. 40% Strategic Tech Research (The Vibe)
This is where you think and analyse:

• “Secret shop” digital funnels and user journeys
• Research landing pages, websites, and trends in the market
• Explore tools, plugins, and integrations we can use
• Break down what works and why, and share useful insights

What We Are Looking For

• Insights Over Syntax: You don’t need perfect grades. We care more about how you think and solve problems.
• Balanced Brain: Comfortable with logic, structure, and tools like Google Sheets. At the same time, curious about marketing, user behaviour, and trends.
• Current Students Only: Due to government grant requirements (LiKES), you must be a current Malaysian student enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program (preferably in IT, Computer Science, or Business Systems) with a valid internship placement letter from your institution.
• Technical Toolkit: Comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides). You should also be able to work on web app projects — things like scenario testing, basic QA, and simple UI/UX research. Familiarity with HTML/CSS or CMS platforms is a plus. Bonus if you’ve worked on any web app or system before.
• Independence: Able to take a brief, explore on your own, and come back with answers or solutions. We’ll guide you, but you’re expected to own your work.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Allowance: RM 700 to RM 1,200 (Negotiable based on experience/skillset).
• Mentorship: You’ll be working closely with the founders and dev team.
• Grant Support: We are a LiKES-registered employer. We provide all necessary documentation for your industrial training credits.
• Location: Fully Remote (Work-From-Home).

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
