Mobile Café Crew Member (Part-Time / Split Shift)

Location: Apé Mobile Café (Various Locations)

Working Hours:

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

5 days a week

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and energetic crew member to operate our mobile café, serving handcrafted beverages including gourmet lemonades, fresh juices, and coffee. You’ll be the face of the brand—delivering great drinks and an even better customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages (lemonades, juices, coffee) according to standard recipes

Operate basic coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, etc.)

Handle customer orders, payments, and cash register/POS system

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and preparation area

Set up and pack down the mobile café before and after shifts

Restock ingredients and supplies as needed

Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation

Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service

Requirements

No experience required, but experience in F&B or café work is a plus

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage (training can be provided)

Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented

Able to work split shifts (morning & evening)

Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently

Physically fit (able to stand for long periods and handle light lifting)
