Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Content Creator cum Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality digital content across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and more. The Content Creator will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:Content Creation:
- Content Production: Create engaging, original, and high-quality content for various platforms such as social media, websites, blogs, videos, and more.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies that align with company goals and target audience.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage content calendars for all social media platforms, ensuring timely and relevant content posting.
- Storytelling & Copywriting: Write compelling copy, stories, and captions that resonate with the brand’s voice and engage the audience.
- SEO & Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to content for improved search engine rankings and visibility.
- Content Editing: Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, and tone to ensure consistency and professionalism.
Ads Management:
- Campaign Creation: Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and others.
- Targeting & Segmentation: Develop audience segmentation strategies and create targeted ad campaigns to reach specific demographics and optimize performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms, providing insights on reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Ad Optimization: Continuously optimize ads for maximum ROI by adjusting bidding strategies, creatives, and targeting based on performance data.
- Budget Management: Manage the advertising budget, ensuring cost-effective spending while achieving campaign objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future ad campaigns.
Visual Content Creation:
- Graphics & Design: Work with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) to create visually appealing images, graphics, and video content for both organic and paid media.
- Ad Design: Design ad creatives that are optimized for paid campaigns, ensuring they are eye-catching, aligned with the brand, and tailored to the platform.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in content creation and ads management (1–3 years) in a similar role, preferably in marketing or advertising.
- Skills: Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ads Platforms: Hands-on experience managing paid ads on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Creativity: Strong ability to generate innovative content ideas and ad creatives.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to edit and proofread content meticulously, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Analytics: Experience in monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital ads and using insights to optimize campaigns.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred but not required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Social Media Savvy: Deep knowledge of social media platforms and their ad systems (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads).
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO strategies and how to integrate them into content and paid campaigns.
- Video Production Skills: Experience with video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere) and creating engaging video content for ads.
- Graphic Design: Basic graphic design skills to create compelling ad visuals.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
