Job Description

Destinasi TV is offering an opportunity for fresh graduates to step directly into the real media industry as a Junior Video Editor / Post-Production Trainee.

You will work on actual content viewed by millions, while building strong editing and storytelling skills under the guidance of experienced editors.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Arrange footage into clear and engaging storytelling
• Perform basic colour correction and audio balancing
• Add subtitles, background music, and basic graphics
• Assist senior editors on ongoing projects
• Organize and manage files, footage, and assets systematically
• Learn and follow the full post-production workflow

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Media, Multimedia, Film, Communication, or related fields
• No prior experience required (basic editing knowledge is an advantage)
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage
• Familiarity with editing software such as:

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage
