Role Overview
A Content Creator at CoffeeBot produces high-quality content that supports both B2B lead generation (corporate, facilities, HR, building management, factories) and B2C growth (daily consumers). Plan, shoot, edit, and publish content across platforms—turning CoffeeBot’s products, offers, and customer stories into consistent, engaging content that drives enquiries and awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Content creation (B2B + B2C)
- Produce short-form videos, static posts, carousels, and basic long-form content.
- B2B: solution-based educational content
- B2C: convenience + lifestyle moments, promos, seasonal campaigns, taste/experience content.
Lead nurturing content
- Build content that supports the nurturing funnel.
- Create and maintain:
- EDM / email sequences (welcome series, re-engagement, promo sequences)
- WhatsApp nurturing scripts (broadcast copy, drip messages, follow-up templates)
- Lead magnets (e.g., checklist PDFs: “Office Coffee Setup Guide”, “How to Choose a Vending Machine for Your Building”)
- Repurpose one content idea into multi-channel nurturing assets (post → email → WhatsApp → landing page).
SEO content support (website/blog)
- Support SEO by creating keyword-based content aligned with search intent:
- Blog posts / articles (B2B solutions, location pages, FAQs, comparison guides)
- Website copy improvements (service pages, product pages, case study pages)
- Basic SEO execution:
- Draft meta titles/descriptions, H1/H2 structure, internal linking suggestions.
- Refresh older pages to improve ranking (update copy, add FAQs, improve clarity).
- Collaborate with Marketing/agency on keyword lists and content priorities.
Content planning & distribution
- Build monthly content calendar across:
- IG/TikTok/FB (B2C)
- LinkedIn (B2B)
- Email/WhatsApp (nurturing)
- Website/blog (SEO)
- Coordinate with designer/videographer (if any) to keep output consistent and on brand.
SEM content (Search + Display + Landing Pages)
- Support paid search performance by producing conversion-ready assets: Google Search Ads copy, Landing page content
- Support Google Display / YouTube
- Build ad copy variations for testing
Measurement & optimization
- Track performance and improve:
- Social: views, saves, shares, CTR, enquiries
- Nurturing: open rate, click rate, reply rate, conversion to MQL
- SEO: impressions, clicks, top pages, keyword movement (with Marketing support)
- Propose content experiments: hooks, angles, formats, CTAs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience as content creator/copywriter (portfolio required).
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the coffee industry or FMCG marketing is an added advantage.
- Familiar with Google Ads / Meta Ads workflows (even if not running campaigns
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
