The position is a hands-on role, crossing all divisions of the project lifecycle and responsible for delivering outstanding web solutions that help our clients grow. The candidate's job requirement is as follow:

Requirements

• A recognized degree, preferable in Marketing, Business, IT, Creative or Web design
• Internet-savvy and well versed with online shopping consumer behavior
• 1-2 years working experience in retail marketing/IT solution project management will be an added advantage
• Online platforms operation experience
• Passionate about Retail and eCommerce
• A people person and good teamwork
• Good command of English in speaking and writing
• Able to handle multi-clients' digital project development environment.
• Added advantage: Experience with Shopify platform; Web design experience

Responsibility

• Setting weekly check-ins with internal team and clients to update project progress
• Research and determine solutions (custom or off-the-shelf app) for client needs. Web optimisation and sales conversion improvement
• Coordinate the design process from wireframes to mockups working with internal team members for performance projects
• Track, assess, and prioritize tasks for project executions
• QA, review and approve tasks by the dev team
• Manage various data through the Shopify CMS including publishing themes, managing products, apps, page content, etc.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest features and offerings from our tech partners
• Help problem solve alongside UI/UX design and development team
• Field incoming inquiries, assess project size, and delegate tasks for small projects
• Interfacing and coordinating tasks with clients
• Able to help with some pre-sales proposals and pitch

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams and external system specialists.
• Well aware of AI development and using AI for daily tasks.
• Definitely a team player.
• Exposure to project management tool and skill training will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
