We are looking for an exceptional individual who is proactive, organized, and ambitious to support our commercial division in administration, marketing, operations, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the commercial sales team
- Manage listings, databases, documents, and reports
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Create engaging content for social media, branding, and campaigns
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation tools) to improve productivity and marketing output
- Support management in scaling systems, workflow, and business growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Creative mindset with interest in branding and marketing
- Familiar with social media, Canva, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
- Comfortable using AI tools and technology
- Positive attitude, fast learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate experience is an advantage
- Marketing background will be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
