About the Role:
We are looking for a Resource Management Admin to manage the full lifecycle of IT assets within assigned accounts. You will ensure accurate inventory control, track maintenance contracts and software licenses, and support timely renewals. This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to align IT asset management with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and oversee asset lifecycle (deployment to retirement)
• Track and manage contract and license renewals; negotiate with vendors
• Collaborate with business units and IT teams on asset requirements
• Prepare reports on asset utilization and contract status

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Business IT or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow)
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• ITIL Foundation is a plus
• Good English required; Mandarin & Cantonese are a plus

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
