Responsibilities:

• Assist with Data Entry into accounting software accurately and timely.
• Assist with the processing of invoices, matching purchase orders, and preparing payments.
• Assist in managing accounts receivable, including invoice creation, follow-up on outstanding invoices, and recording customer payments.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records, both physical and electronic.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling accounts and preparing necessary journal entries.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
