We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie / Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team for a new opening restaurant in Bangsar South.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen (pasta, grill, hot section, etc.)
• Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Maintain consistency according to company recipes and standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional mindset
