About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Operations F&B support daily operations in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to outlet management, service excellence, and team coordination, preparing you for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant operations, including service flow and customer handling
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met
• Support outlet supervisors in scheduling, reporting, and operations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues
• Learn inventory control, ordering, and cost management
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)

• 9 working hours per shift (1–2 hours break, depending on outlet operations)
