URGENT HIRING – Customer Service (Canon Hong Kong)

We are looking for Customer Service Executive to support Canon Hong Kong customers

Salary: RM4,000 – RM4,200
Working Days: 6 days (Sunday off)
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 7:00PM
Training: 15 days provided
Joining Date: 24/06/2026 (immediate preferred)

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SPM/UEC/IGCSE
• Mandarin / Cantonese / English (must be fluent)
• Good communication skills
• Fresh grads welcome

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries from Hong Kong customers
• Provide product, service, and technical support for Canon products
• Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow SOP and service quality standards

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
