The Production Team Leader is responsible for supervising production operators, ensuring smooth daily production activities, maintaining productivity, quality, GMP, Halal compliance, and ensuring production targets are achieved safety and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Production Operators during daily operations.
• Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved according to planning.
• Monitor manpower allocation and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, safety, and company SOP requirements.
• Conduct line briefing and ensure operators understand production instructions.
• Monitor machine operation, downtime, and production output.
• Check production records and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness, housekeeping, and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Report production issues, quality concerns, and machine breakdown promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
• Ensure proper usage of raw materials and minimize wastage.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of GMP, Halal, HACCP, and safety requirements
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
