Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities within the Sales Department, including preparing quotations, tenders, sales agreements/orders, and sales reports.
• Manage pre-sales processing tasks, organize and file important documents, and relay relevant information to sales managers and team members.
• Create and maintain Product IDs for new and existing products in the system
• Update and manage product prices in the database.
• Take detailed sales meeting minutes, track and follow up on action points discussed during meetings to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Arrange hospitality and administrative support including flight booking, hotel reservations, transportation coordination, meeting room setup, and meal arrangements for meetings, discussions, training, and customer visits.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to tender preparation, presales support will be an added advantage.
• Possession of own transportation (car)
• Working location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
