Job Description

• Manage the daily operations of the service department, including staff supervision, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor the progress of repair orders to ensure work is completed efficiently and billed accurately.
• Ensure high standards of repair quality while minimizing repeat issues or customer comebacks.
• Perform periodic spot checks on completed jobs to maintain quality and workmanship standards.
• Track inventory levels and arrange replenishment of tools, parts, and equipment when required.
• Enforce workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with company safety policies.
• Implement initiatives to improve workflow, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SKM Level II or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Possess a valid Class D and B2 driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and workshop management, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, good communication skills, and basic IT proficiency.
• Willing to work extended hours or overtime when required.
• Able to adapt and stay organized in a dynamic and fast-paced automotive environment.
• Willing to be based in Banting.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Required)

Experience:

• Diagnostic Technician: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• D and B2 license (Required)
