Responsibilities
Position : Admin Assistant
Location : Menara Binjai KL
Key Responsibilities
Tester & POSM Management (80%)
I. Compile & process the daily Tester request from the merchandising team for the West Malaysia Team
II. Pick and pack the tester for central region ONLY and coordinate with merchandisers and supervisors to distribute to store on time.
III. Liaise with warehouse and logistic on the TESTER & POSM delivery.
IV. Prepare Tracking report for Tester & POSM usage
V. Participate in branch audit activities - Tester
Support Sales Operations Executive in preparing the meeting materials and required report.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma
1- 2 years of working experienvve in administrative support
Proficient in Excel – Know formula (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF) and can create Pivot Table & Pivot Chart
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
