FINANCE & PURCHASING EXECUTIVE
Putra Heights, Subang Jaya, Selangor

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to support finance, purchasing and commercial coordination activities.

Responsibilities:
Handle purchasing activities including sourcing, supplier selection and PO processing
Manage Account Payable (AP), invoice verification and payment documentation
Negotiate payment terms and coordinate payment arrangements with suppliers
Handle outsourcing activities and liaise with external vendors / subcontractors
Support quotation preparation and provide backup support when required
Coordinate delivery schedule, receiving activities and document follow-up
Communicate closely with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth operation flow
Follow up closely on material status, supplier progress and delivery commitments
Maintain purchasing and finance related records and documentation

Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 2–3 years experience in Purchasing / Procurement / Finance / AP related role preferred
Experience handling supplier coordination and outsourcing activities is an advantage
Able to negotiate payment terms and manage supplier communication effectively
Familiar with eCount ERP and purchasing workflow is preferred
Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills
Able to multitask and work independently

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
