GSE-M Technology Hiring! Full Time Purchasing Assistant in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Source materials and equipment based on company needs.
• Process RFQ (Request for Quotation) including price, time comparison, and negotiation.
• Match and compile Accounts Payable (AP) invoices to the Account Department.
• Follow up and provide feedback on any quality issues reported by the QC team regarding received items.
• Coordinate shipments and provide instructions for customs clearance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Other tasks assigned by the Direct Superior, including re-designation based on competency.
• The job position will be commensurate with your current position and experiences.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Direct Superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an engineering-related field.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or Engineering is an added advantage.
• Strong PC literacy and resourceful.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
