Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients regarding shipment, vessel, cargo clearance, and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with Harbour branches on marine and shipping operations updates.
• Monitor and update shipment and operational status to project team and clients.
• Ensure smooth coordination of daily operational and logistics activities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or any related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in operations, administration, logistics, or related field is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
