Darco Water Systems Hiring! Full Time Site Safety Supervisor - Contract in Johor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a committed and proactive Site Safety Supervisor to join our project team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety compliance at site in accordance with Malaysian safety regulations and company requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Conduct site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts or conditions.
• Ensure workers and subcontractors comply with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety inductions.
• Assist in accident/incident investigations and prepare related reports.
• Maintain safety records, documentation, permits, and inspection checklists.
• Liaise with project team, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Promote a safe working culture at site.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification registered with DOSH/JKKP
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site safety experience, preferably in construction projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1994, CIDB requirements, HIRARC, PTW, and site safety practices.
• Able to work independently and enforce safety compliance on site.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work at project site and travel if required.
• Immediate availability is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
