This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Kuala Lumpur. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, bookkeeping, and producing accurate financial statements and reports. Daily tasks include account reconciliation, payroll management, tax compliance, and analyzing financial data to support informed business decisions. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting.

• Proficiency in financial management and accounting practices, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and payroll management
• Analytical skills to review and interpret financial data for budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are an advantage
• Experience in the commercial design or construction industry is a plus
