Responsibilities
About the Role:
This role is ideal for candidates who have experience handling transactional data, numerical verification, reconciliation, or quality checking. You will be responsible for scrutineering work, quality checks, and validating system-generated data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scrutineering and quality checks on system-generated data and transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review, verify, and validate information to maintain high data integrity standards.
- Identify discrepancies, anomalies, or inaccuracies and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure operational and transactional data are accurately reflected within the system.
- Conduct detailed reviews and verification to maintain quality and compliance standards.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve data-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree / LCCI or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in roles involving numbers, transaction handling, data validation, reconciliation, analysis, or quality checking.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable working with high-volume data and transactional information.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly accurate in reviewing information.
Working Hours :
Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
