Job Title : Production Clerk
Location : Alam Megah (Selangor)
Position Summary:
The Production Clerk plays a key role in ensuring production data integrity, maintaining accurate and organized documentations to meet internal controls, ISO standards, and operational efficiency where applicable.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Attention to detail, data accuracy, adhere to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP systems is required.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily manufacturing operations by providing accurate administrative and clerical assistance to the production team.
- Record and maintain daily production data (output, downtime, scrap, etc.)
- Prepare and update production reports, logs, and documentation
- Issue and track production materials, work orders, and job tickets
- Creation of Purchase Requisition for Production and Maintenance
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control and ordering
- Ensure all production paperwork is complete and accurate
- Support compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain database accuracy
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (SHE) regulations.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
