Job Requirements :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms
• Provide timely updates on shipment status and delivery schedules
• Coordinate closely with operations, warehouse, and transporter team
• Monitor shipment and ensure smooth delivery proces
• Resolve customer issues such as delays, damages, or missing shipment
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in system.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in logistics or customer service (preferred)
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping processes
• Good communication skills English & Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is and advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel. Outlook)
