Job Opening – Customer Service Executive (Non-Voice) | Skincare Project

We are hiring for a Customer Service Executive (Non-Voice) role for an exciting Skincare Project supporting the Hong Kong (HK) and Taiwan (TW) markets.

Job Details

  • Role: Customer Service – Non Voice
  • Project: Skincare Project
  • Market Support: Hong Kong & Taiwan
  • Work Location: Menara Shell
  • Working Hours:
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational off days

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through chat/email support
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customers
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements

  • Good communication and written skills
  • Customer service experience is an added advantage
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,900.00 per month

  • Mandarin (Required)

Work Location: In person
