Job Summary:
A Kitchen Helper is responsible for supporting kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen functioning.
Responsibilities:
Food Preparation Assistance: Assist in basic food preparation tasks, such as cutting, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
Portion and measure ingredients for use in cooking.
Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
Follow proper sanitation procedures in line with health and safety standards.
Dishwashing and Maintenance: Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, either by hand or using dishwashers.
Support maintenance of kitchen equipment by cleaning and organizing as needed.
Inventory and Stock Management: Assist in the organization and stocking of inventory, including ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Notify supervisors when stock is low to ensure adequate supplies.
Food Service Assistance: Aid in the plating and serving of prepared meals.
Transfer food to serving dishes, trays, or buffet lines.
Waste Disposal: Manage waste disposal, ensuring proper segregation and disposal of food and kitchen waste.

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
